summer camp is almost here!

Applicants must:

• Be between the ages of 5–18
• Reside in Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan County (or surrounding communities)
• Have an interest in participating in STEM programs such as coding, robotics, engineering, or technology

Families must demonstrate financial need. Consideration may include:

• Household income
• Temporary financial hardship
• Number of dependents in the household
• Other circumstances impacting the ability to pay program fees

Students receiving a scholarship are expected to:

• Attend their scheduled session(s) regularly
• Participate actively in program activities
• Demonstrate respect and positive behavior

Parents/guardians must agree to:

• Provide accurate information on the application
• Communicate with program staff if circumstances change
• Ensure the student attends the program if selected

Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application, including:

• Parent/guardian information
• Student information
• Brief statement explaining why the scholarship is needed

Incomplete applications may not be considered.
